We would like to support small to medium-sized councils specifically in Shropshire who are prepared to establish projects to bring about behaviour change with an amount of funding, particularly as they struggle with the size of budgets they have with which to manage their local council. They will need to put together a “business case” and show how they will achieve a reduction in their carbon footprint.
