We had a brilliant day in the sun at the discovery centre in Craven Arms last Saturday, at the next generation fair. There were plenty of tents out with fantastic advice on everything from insulation, clothes swaps to plants for the countryside. Definitely a view into the way the next generation should live to be friendly to our planet. We had our “Eat well for the planet” game there for people to play, and everyone of all ages enjoyed sorting out which foods were good to eat and which were not good to eat to avoid harmful emissions into the atmosphere. It was great to see some younger players knowing the right answers. The planet will be safe when it is in their hands – it’s what we do before then that really matters!
